Plateaus suck

I've sort of hit a plateau weight-wise. I know this is normal and looking at the scale daily is stupid because of that but it's hard not to. I'm going to try to limit scale time to once, maaaaaybe twice a week. It's such a motivator that it's hard to resist. But resist I must.

Taking advantage of the fall but still summer-like weather to ride my bike back and forth from the gym. Yes, it's a little early to get up at 6 but riding on the tow path while the sun is coming up is nice treat. Plus, it's a two-fer, I get almost an hour of ride time total and with a quick workout, it's a full exercise day.

Getting closer to our golf trip and Anita is going to a yoga retreat at the end of the month. Get her away from responsibility for a few days. She never really gets that opportunity.
